The sad thing is that, assuming the plaintiffs lose, they won't suffer for it; they won't even lose their serve, they'll be right back harassing somebody else.
It's the same complaint I have about FIRE: it's not enough to defend successfully, all that does is let the bad guys exhaust your resources. At some point you have to attack, pure and simple. Not stage an 'aggressive defense' but actually go after the bad guys without waiting for them to move first. I suspect Steyn and his defenders may be the people to do that.
