From the I Don't Get it Files

This has got to be the fastest celebrity-scandal-turned-character-rehab (no pun intended) thing I've ever seen. And I don't get it, because it's not like we should have been surprised to begin with. How do you THINK models stay thin? Drugs, eating disorders, plastic surgery, or a combination of all three, that's how.

Meanwhile I am battling a headache brought on by eye strain brought on by reading a bunch of meaningless crap, so I'm not able to draw any meaningful comparisons between the Moss affair and, well, anything else.

Sudoku, take me away!

What got me was that the paper was dissing the man who supposedly set her up. The woman is the mother of a little girl. Her use of line after line of cocaine while supposedly mothering a little girl is something I find profoundly disturbing but maybe I am just old fashioned and think children should be well taken care of.

British sculptor Marc Quinn, another friend of the model, adds: "She'll come out a more culturally complex figure." Well, I guess that's one way of putting it. Courtney Love is culturally complex, right? Winona Ryder?

I want to know exactly what kind of person finds Kate Moss "fascinating"? Wait. No I don't.

At least Vanity Fair hasn't surprised anyone by producing a publication of substance for a change. I stopped reading it when it got to the point where I couldn't even find any articles in between the adverts.
